Tropical Baby Shower

I was beginning to get burned out on the same ole' baby shower color schemes, so when this mother allowed me to {do} my thing with the theme I was jumping for joy! Literally...

This past Saturday we were in tropical baby shower paradise as we celebrated the anticipated arrival of baby Zoyie Grace. I will forewarn you that I AM NOT a professional photographer and as badly as I wanted to capture the beauty of the shower... I failed miserably... However, I will share with you what I have and hopefully the next time my eyes and my camera lens will capture the beauty on which they are focused... Until then enjoy the photos of a true amateur....

Princess Diamond's Invites

Here are the invites that I created for Diamond's Fairies and Butterflies themed birthday party. I am so excited about how they turned out. The card stock is from the Martha Stewart polka dot collection and I added the butterfly embellishments. I purchased those from Hobby Lobby last week while they were having a 50% off sale on their scrapbooking stickers... Can I say... SCORE!

• Baby Shower with a Game Show theme- August 1st, 2009

And in special news....

• My brother and I will be giving my mother a suprise 50th birthday party on August 29, 2009. Her theme is "Living Her Life Like it is Golden." All the decor will be gold and white. Stay tuned because you will be hearing a lot more about this event.
